The behavior of wolves is improved in this addon, making them more intelligent during combat. Wolves can be better at defending the player, avoiding danger, and taking on tougher mobs.

Vanilla wolves don’t have elemental powers or special effects, while wolves in the Wolves Plus mod can, for example, set mobs on fire, slow enemies with ice, or even heal their owner. Some can deal additional damage, apply status effects to enemies, or even protect the player from environmental hazards like fire or poison.
The addon introduces several new breeds of wolves, each with unique appearances and abilities. These new types of wolves can have different sizes, colors, and abilities, making each one distinct.
