The addon integrates seamlessly into Minecraft by adding new mechanics on top of the existing ones. Many familiar Minecraft mechanics are retained, such as trading with NPCs, summoning units, and obtaining resources, but they are enhanced with unique tools like the builder's hammer for repairing structures, and new NPCs with specific roles (e.g., blacksmiths, miners, hunters, and merchants).

How do you interact with factions and build your army?
To interact with factions, you first summon the Master Builder, who helps set up your base. You assign your faction by giving the builder a distinctive ribbon, and from there, you can start creating buildings and troops. The gameplay focuses on building and protecting your base while gathering resources, upgrading structures, and managing troops. You can form alliances or face enemies from other factions, adding a layer of diplomacy to the game. Troops must be fed to follow you, and certain NPCs, like the advisor, give you missions to further your progress.

What are some key units in the mod?
- Swordsmen, archers, crossbowmen, and musketeers: These provide both offensive and defensive support.
- Mechs, catapults, and cannons: War machines with powerful attack abilities.
- Villagers, builders, miners, and farmers: Resource management and support roles.
- Special characters like Ronan, Cassandra, and Yasuke: These heroes have unique powers that influence battles.

What role do bandits and renegades play?
Bandits and renegades are additional threats that can be hostile to both villagers and monsters. They add an extra layer of danger, as they are remnants of a previous great war and have criminal influence. You can recruit bandits to work for you by earning their respect (e.g., giving them a mob skull), which adds a stealth element to the game. If you decide to join the bandits entirely, you must wear a mob skull, but this will make other human factions hostile toward you.
